Have You Been Found Guilty Of More Than One DUI Charge In The Past?
If you have been charged with more than one DUI in the past and as a result you were later found guilty of more than one such DUI charge , either after a trial, after a stipulation or after a plea of guilty to that charge, then select “YES”. Whether you received supervision, probation or conditional discharge on the charges, the answer would still be “YES”. It does not matter how long ago the prior charges occurred. If you were found guilty of only one DUI charges in the past, then select “NO”.
